Newest addition to the Gourmet menu is the decadence of Truffle Oil, perfectly paired with Swiss Mushrooms, Thyme and Dijon infused egg filling
We use locally sourced Swiss mushrooms, as they retain their shape and texture perfectly in our quiches, along with Feta and our classic short crust base and full cream, and egg filling.
Small 8" size will serve 4-6 portions
Large 10" size will serve 6-8 portions
Available with Gluten free base +$10/8" or + $15/10"

All our quiches use fresh local ingredients, where available.
Our quiches do contain wheat, eggs and milk.
